Why do we stress so much about homework?  Why teacher should not give a lot of homework because it ruins mental health and it effects time and schedule. Think about this when it effects your time and schedule you dont get to spend time with friends and family. When it effects your time you might not eat as much as you should.

The first reason  Why teacher should not give a lot of homework because it ruins mental health, And it effects your time and schedule. On average students spend 2-3 or more hours a night just  doing homework alone.It can cause Sleep deprivation, Students need more than 8 hours asleep. Also you don’t get to spend a lot of time with family or friends And they also cant  Go have fun with the you don’t get to talk with them a lot. 

The second reason  Why teacher should not give a lot of homework because it ruins mental health. Mental health issues.  Some people that struggle with anxiety find that the more homework they have the more anxiety and panic attacks they have An estimated 20%  people have anxiety and adding that on to homework is not good. Students find  that homework they have the less they eat.  health issues  about that Is stomach problems , Headaches and weight loss.

critics argue that it helps you learn it may due that but you are just doing the work that you did in class.

Also another critic said that it actually it improves mental health.  I strongly disagree on that because with you staying up late and you may not have eaten a lot.

so what  i think that homework should be banned no im not saying that. I just want teachers  not to assign loads of amount of homework. Also  for kids not to stay up late they need to enjoy life.

Have you  ever  experienced being kind to someone that treats you the same way?

In the short story lou their is a boy Named J.J he likes to steal toys And he also like to make people mad keep reading to find out what happens in lou. The main idea Is that you need to treat people with the way you want to be treated.

Early in the lou , the theme is treat other like you want to be treated.  J.J stole a toy. This  Shows people did not want to be his friend and This always show that treat people the way you want to be treated.

At the middle of lou the theme treat others like you want to be treated. Lou stole all the thing J.J stole.  He was going to return them  Because he saw J.J being mean.  Then lou made a offer if J.J gave all the stuff he stole lou would give he lost teddy bear and that made him realize that maybe If you are kind to other you may be stuff back in return.

At the end of  the (lou), the theme is treat others like you want to be treated. J.J started being nice to people so people started to be kind to J.J. This shows if you are kind to each other then people will be kind in return.

Remember to be kindhearted to every  person or maybe you won’t have people be kind to you or have people want to be friends with you. Treat others like  you want to be treated so people with be kind to you and everyone else. What did you think of the short?

 In the short animated story zuri woke up and looked at her calendar. She put her fancy dress on and looked at her ipad and wanted to pick her hair styles. She was cheerful because she looked very happy and she put on a fancy dress. She tried to do one but she could not get in. Also her dad noticed that she could not get her hair but be could not get it. In addition he but a hat on her. Also zuri   went in to she bathroom and picked a hairstyle out her dad tried to get in but he could not finally zuri let him in and fixed her hair, in addition Zuri loved it.  she was cheerful right because she did not have to do her hair and she got to spend time with her dad. One day I woke and it was dark and we were going to the airport. My nana picked us up. and we headed to the airport. “Nana, I’m tired’’Makena said .My family and I were at the airport finally.

We got our  bags. Then when we were getting checked in  for our flight we had  to go through security. It scares me.

My family went through security and we had to take our shoes off and get   your electronics in a container   and they went through it and we were all done with security. Then my family and I just waited for the flight. I drew a picture of Walt disney.  I went to dad to look at what I drew . He loved it! After I drew the picture it was time to go  to the plane.

                               Why wearing a navite costume  is wrong.

Wearing a naitive Costume is wrong because number one Is very racist.

Number 2 its red face. If the Native sees the costume they can sue the company and they feel targeted when someone wears the costume because they earn each feather The natives feel like they’re mocking them. They also feel targeted because each feather is earned instead of bought.  Their culture NOT your not your costume. Costumes should not become opportunities to turn a person’s identity into a stereotyped image  the letter said. While students might choose to dress as a famous person or character whose identity is different than their own, please reinforce the importance of not darkening skin or using makeup to change a child’s skin color to match the person who they are dressing up to be. Students are often unaware of the long history these traditions have of causing harm and need our help in understanding why it can be hurtful and problematic.

In class, they have lessons on identity throughout the year and all the parts of ourselves that go into identity.

In Front Desk One of the themes is to be kind to everyone.

For Example  Mia helped Jason  when he was teased by the other boys  and they called him ”Chinese dough boy.  This  is important because it shows how Mia is nice to someone like Jason. 

Next, after Mia wrote the note the note  was  approved by Lupe.  This shows kindness because Mia has more chances of winning the motel and when Mia asked  Lupe to help her write the essay contest she said no because Lupe  want Mia to win.    

Finally, When Mia’s mom was  taking a picture the Mia’s mom said pronunciation for eggplant she got teased for it.. This shows kindness because when Mia sicks up for her mom she runs up to the motel and gives Mia’s mom a big hug.

Do you think that Mia will win the contest?

First,it was April 1, 2016 at  12 pm we were driving to Everett and meeting my dog at motel 6 to get my dog Chloe. 

 Then,I was so sad because I HATED DOGS . I was so nervous I could cry. 15 minutes into the drive I told my dad something. “ I HATE DOGS”, Makena said sadly.” “ honey I already knew that “My dad said. We still had 15 minutes left of the ride. I was so scared. I wanted to throw up .I wanted to cry. I played on my dad’s phone for the rest of the car ride. 

 Not a moment too soon, my family and I were at a motel 6.  My family and I were a little bit early so we were we’re waiting  for my dog. We had to wait for 20 minutes for my dog. I was still on my dads phone and my family and. I heard my dog barking.

 I ran to the car crying I was so scared.  So I just waited in the car for my family.

 Next, I heard paws up against the car door and I realized that Chloe was coming in the car . I cried.  

 I started to pet her on the car ride home and she started to like me instead of  being all scared and whining so for the rest of the car ride I pet her.
